Evgeniy Vasilev Uzunov

Evgeniy Uzunov (1953) has graduated from the Business Academy "D.A. Tzenov”, Svishtov, with a major in Finance.
Mr. Uzunov has been a Vice Minister in Finance and a Vice Chairman of the Bulgarian National Bank. He is a member of leadership of Bulgarian Socialist Party.
Currently Mr. Uzunov is a member or representing legal entities in the Board of Directors of M+S Hydraulic - Kazanlak, Hydraulic Elements and Systems - Yambol, Elhim-Iskra - Pazardzhik and Bulgarska Roza - Karlovo.
Vasil Georgiev Velev

Vasil Velev (1959) has graduated from Technical University in Sofia with a major in Industrial Engineering – Automation and Master degree in Corporative Governance from University of Economics - Varna. Mr. Velev is a member of the Board of Directors of several companies, including M+S Hydraulic - Kazanlak, Hydraulic Elements and Systems - Yambol, Elhim-Iskra - Pazardzhik, Fazan - Ruse, Guarant 5 – Plovdiv, BIC Hold - Sofia and others. Since 1996 Mr. Velev is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Industrial Capital Asociation (BICA). Since 2002 Mr. Velev is a Chairman of the Board of Directors of BICA.

The representative of Finance Invest Ltd Spas Borisov Videv (1962) has graduated from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia. Mr. Videv has been a lecturer in the Economics Department at the Technical University in Plovdiv from 1987 to 1993. Mr. Videv has been working in the financial industry since 1993. In 1996 he starts his own finacial company called Finans Invest. He represents legal entities in the Board of Directors of Hydraulic Elements and Systems - Yambol, Elhim-Iskra - Pazardzhik, Bulgarska Roza - Karlovo and Patstroyinjenering – Kardzhali.

Stefan Nikolov (1965) has completed higher education in Management at the Business Academy "D.A. Tzenov”, Svishtov. He holds a leading position in private companies. He manages one of the licensed operators of Bulgarian food vouchers Prisma Lux.
