Stara Planina Hold acquired a new subsidiary – Patstroyinjenering JSC, Kardzhali

On 29 April 2010 Stara Planina Hold bought from Trace Group Hold 32,069 shares of the capital of Patstroyengineering JSC, town of Kardzhali. The price of the transaction is BGN 800,000.
With this purchase Stara Planina Hold increase its shareholding in the capital of Patstroyengineering to 53.6%.
Patstroyengineering JSC is a road construction and repair company. The company ended 2009 with sales revenue amounting to BGN 8,346,000 and net profit amounted to BGN 60,000.
Stara Planina Hold will continue its policy of investing in the holding’s group of companies, including new subsidiary Patstroyengineering.
With this purchase Stara Planina Hold increase its shareholding in the capital of Patstroyengineering to 53.6%.
