The consolidated sales revenues for the first quarter of the year are in the amount of BGN 68.10 million thus reporting a 9.5 % decrease compared to the same period of 2024 and a 36.9 % decrease compared to the record high sales levels achieved in the first quarter of 2023.

We confirm our forecasts that the consolidated sales revenues for the second quarter of 2025 to reach BGN 76.06 million that would be a growth by 12.96 % compared to the same period of 2024 and a decrease by 26.66 % compared to the second quarter of 2023. We expect consolidated sales in the first half of this year to reach BGN 144.2 million which would represent an increase by 1.10 % compared to the first half of 2024 and a decrease by about 33% compared to the same period in 2023. At this stage, our expectations are that the trend for higher sales levels will continue in the coming quarters until the end of the year.

Macroeconomic development of the country, the political situation, financial policy, as well as geopolitical factors continue to be the most worrying circumstances that will impact the business. Along with the threat to European and regional stability, the geopolitical situation, including the escalating trade tensions globally, caused by the actions taken to impose a series of tariffs on imports in the United States, puts the supply of resources and the opportunities for sustainable growth of the economy at additional risk. The effect of measures taken by the US, as well as the corresponding countermeasures imposed at European and national levels, will have an impact on the activities of the companies in the group and may lead to an adjustment of the expected business results.
