Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association
 The Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association is a non-profit-making association. It has been recognized as a representative organization at national level. As a representative organization of employers, the Association provides expert opinions on topics and issues discussed between partners in the course of social dialogue. The Association participates in the following major authorities on a tripartite basis - the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation, the National Council for Unemployment and Promotion of Employment within the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the National Council for Vocational Qualifications within the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. The executive director of Stara Planina Hold Plc Vasil Velev is the chairperson of the association's Governing Board. Its members are most of the subsidiaries and associated companies within the holding. 

National Corporate Governance Committee
The National Corporate Governance Committee has as its purpose to promote the implementation of corporate governance good practices and the development of the Bulgarian National Code of Corporate Governance. The Committee was established on 3 September 2009 on the public-private partnership principle for providing consultations and conducting cooperation on corporate governance matters at national level. Its mission is to encourage the promotion of corporate governance good practices. Stara Planina Hold Plc has been a member of NCGC since the establishment of the national committee where it is represented by Spas Videv - a member of the Board of Directors. 

Association of Bulgarian Investor Relations Directors
Stara Planina Hold Plc has established beneficial relations with the association and is actively supporting its initiatives and overall activities. The Investor Relations Director of the holding is able to participate in the preparation of statements on projects in the field of legislation and practices in the Bulgarian capital market; to ensure closer cooperation between all participants in the capital market; to use studies and research on the best practice in corporate governance. The investor relations directors of all public companies in the holding group are members of the association. The Investor Relations Director of Stara Planina Hold Plc is a member of the association's Governing Board.

Union of Economists in Bulgaria
The Union of Economists in Bulgaria (UEB) is a non-profit-making association. The Union contributes to the development and dissemination of economic knowledge and experience and is involved in the development and implementation of economic innovations and technologies in market economy. Stara Planina Hold Plc is a collective member of UEB and provides advisory assistance in the activities of its Governing Board. Since 2008 Stara Planina Hold has also been a member of the association's Governing Board. The chairperson of the Board of Directors of Stara Planina Hold Plc Evgeniy Uzunov is a member of UEB's Governing Board.
