Strara Planina Hold Plc has been paying dividend to its shareholders each year since its establishment.

Gross Amount of dividends during this period amounted to 35.1 million EUR.

The initial investment was paid out in full by dividends alone within seven years of the creation of the holding.

For the 29 fiscal years since it was established, the group of Stara Planina Hold Plc has distributed dividends in total of 160.3 million EUR.

Dividend policy

Current Dividend Payment

The dividend payment period is usually within a three-month term. Holding remits the money to the Central Depository which distributes it to your investment brokers.

For shareholders - natural persons who do not have an account with a broker, we conclude a contract with one of our servicing banks. The bank pays the dividend in cash through its branches in Bulgaria but only within a period of the said six months.

Past Dividend Payments

In accordance with the provisions of the Bulgarian legislation, the receipt of certain monetary amount, including in the form of dividend, may be claimed within a period of 5 years. Strara Planina Hold Plc owes the dividend which has not been received by you for the last 5 years. In order to receive it, the dividend must be claimed.

Any shareholder of the company who has not received dividend for previous years, can receive it in the company office in person (upon submission of an identification document) or through proxy (upon submission of an explicit power of attorney certified by a notary public).

For your convenience, Stara Planina Hold Plc can pay the dividend accumulated in the course of 5 years via bank transfer to your personal bank account in a Bulgarian bank. For this purpose, the shareholder must send a free-form application. The application can be sent at e-mail investor@sphold.com. No signature is required. It is important to keep in mind that shareholders may take advantage of this service only once in 5 years. Transfer charges for the amount are at our expense.
