Stara Planina Hold Plc announced a Consolidated Financial Report for the first half of 2026.
As of June 30th, 2026 consolidated sales revenue reached EUR 77.05 million, representing growth of 6.32 % compared with the same period of 2025 and an increase of 5.68 % compared with the same period of 2024. Consolidated sales revenue for the second quarter of 2026 alone amounted to EUR 38.86 million, representing an increase of 3.21% compared to the same period of 2025 and an increase of nearly 13% compared to the second quarter of 2024.
At this stage, we expect consolidated sales revenue for the third quarter of 2026 to reach EUR 37.16 million, representing growth of approximately 10.5% compared with the same period of the previous year and more than 18% compared with the third quarter of 2024. We reaffirm our outlook for the second half of 2026 and expect consolidated sales revenue to reach EUR 74.2 million, representing growth of 7.74% compared with the second half of 2025 and an increase of 17 % compared with the second half of 2024. On an annual basis, we expect consolidated sales revenue for 2026 to increase by over 8 % compared with 2025.
The Group's total consolidated profit after tax for the first half of 2026 is in the amount of EUR 5.58 million which is an increase of 52.98 % compared to the reported consolidated profit for the same period of the previous year and of 55.49 % compared to the profit for the first half of 2024.
