The management of Stara Planina Hold Plc addressed a proposal to the Board of Directors of the companies in the Group, the General Meetings of Shareholders to distribute part of the 2020 profit in the form of a dividend, as follows:
Stara Planina Hold - BGN 5,162,755 (BGN 0.249 per share).
M+S Hydraulic - BGN 11,829,960 (BGN 0.30 per share).
Hydraulic Elements and Systems - BGN 4,730,376 (BGN 0.26 per share).
