Stara Planina Hold Plc announced a Public Notification on the Financial Standing for the fourth quarter of 2021.
For 2021 we report high results. The net profit of Stara Planina Hold Plc as of 31.12.2021 reached BGN 7.8 million which is a growth by 53.69 % compared to the reported net profit in the amount of BGN 5.1 million for the previous year and an increase by 21.36 % compared to the 2019 net profit.
We expect the consolidated revenues for the fourth quarter of 2021 to reach BGN 74.5 million which will be a 39.5 % growth compared to the same period of the previous year and an increase by over 51 % compared to the same period of the pre-crisis 2019. The preliminary summary data show that the consolidated sales for 2021 will be almost 40 % higher than the sales for 2020 and about 24 % higher than the reported sales for 2019.
We expect that sales in the first quarter of 2022 will reach BGN 78.6 million which will be an increase by almost 24 % compared to the same period of 2021 and 40 % growth compared to the first quarter of 2020.
